Awareness only needs to notice once to return.

True strength isn’t in holding on.

It’s in knowing when you can finally let go.

You don’t become calm by fixing thoughts.

You become calm by remembering you’re the one who sees them.

 

8. Gratitude 

Gratitude isn’t a list — it’s a way of seeing.

The more you notice, the more the world feels complete.
